"Excellent service!!"

"The property is in a great location. All the different rooms are cool. The bar on the property is neat. Although it does not stay open very late. Our biggest disappointment/complaint is that we got there at 3:30 to check in and they said our room will not be ready until 4 PM… Which is when they said check-in is and in my opinion that’s way later than the industry standard. When we got back to the desk at 4pm, she said it was not ready and had no idea when it would be ready. When I told her it’s 4pm, her response was “check-in STARTS at 4pm” Say what?? We didn’t get into our room until 4:45! We had a wedding to get ready for, so that made us late to the wedding. We paid for one night and were only able to stay in it for 18 hours since checkout was at 11 AM! Oh and they did not even give us a late checkout when requested!! The lady at the front desk was less than helpful, very unconcerned about our situation and unapologetic. For that reason, we will not be going back to this property. They definitely need to hire more cleaning staff to help with this issue! We saw only two people cleaning and they looked like teenagers!"

"The amenities were very nice. Enjoyed the live music and restaurant. However the door to room was dirty, light was out, room very dark, only one chair on patio, Just in need of General up keep. "

"The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can."
