If you’re planning a trip to Miami, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They even provide a shuttle service to the cruise port, which is very well-organized and convenient."

"Rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to other hotel rooms. Great location. We had a premium king room with view. No standard things like cups, ice bucket, etc. we only had 2 towels and had to call to get bath clothes and hand towels. They came quickly.. The bed is next to the 3 walls so you have to crawl over your mate to get in and out which is strange. Not sure how the housekeepers make these beds. They have self check in and self check out which is fine but not after a long travel day.. Again, location is great. "
