"The property is located at the beginning of the tourism street,which is great ,The guy Carlos at the front desk was very helpful,the pool was open 24hrs,the only thing that was not cool was that puerto rico is going thru a water crisis,so all hotels had limited water hours,and water trucks everywhere pumping water at hotels ,food and night life were awesome nice area close to everything,rooms need to be upgraded but for the price can't complain"

Museum of Contemporary Art is just one of the attractions in Hato Rey Central, San Juan so you might want to stop by during your trip. I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol. Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Axel and the other coworkers, staff are absolutely amazing. They are always smiling and ready to guide assist etc. Definitely worth coming back to stay and visit. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
I always try to book when I’m going to attend a concert in the “Choli” because of the location. It’s cozy and clean which is super important to me. Very much recommended.
