This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were good sized and very comfortable with great beds. Staff was excellent, all the time. And The Market restaurant was superb. Their breakfast buffet was huge, and sumptuous! Lunch & Dinner also excellent. And the location is within walking distance of many fine restaurants, some clubs, a huge and beautiful park and a modest size shopping mall with a La Catorce supermarket - where we bought drinks and snacks for our room. Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. Overall experience: great and recommended!
The receptionists were excellent, they recommended the best restaurants in town. They provided great customer service and were very attentive to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel during your next vacation in Cali.

The staff was very attentive. My room was very clean. I had a nice balcony which was nice to go out and sip coffee. It is in a GREAT location.
The only complaint was the pool was a little disappointing. It's really only a 'soaking' pool which is OK, but it was really cold. They arranged for my taxi from the airport and also had a taxi pick me up at 2:30am. I would stay here again.
I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)
