Very good, clean, neat, attractive property with comfortable beds, high quality furniture and plumbing, a small library, elaborate coffee machine, etc. Staff was very polite and helpful, and assisted with check-in. This is such a beautiful place. We received a warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. We felt as if we were old friends being welcomed into this Quinta. We had a very nice stay here. The property is small, so it is quiet (I believe only a total of 4 rooms). The views from the property are immaculate. There are such pretty views of the duoro river. In the morning, a homemade breakfast of eggs, meats, and fresh fruits is available.
I will say that it is not possible to walk from the property to any restaurants or wineries, but taxis seems to be readily available.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pinta! And I couldn’t recommend it enough. Ana greeted us both with a hug when checking us in which was a nice welcome! The rooms are clean, nicely appointed, and it felt like a lovely respite after a day of exploring. The location is really out of the way but thanks to GPS we found it! The quinta is situated on outskirts of a small village which is quite charming. Staff was very welcoming and quite helpful. We enjoyed the onsite dinner options and the Quinta's wine. The room was very nice and outside seating along with pool area allowed us to enjoy the beautiful countryside. A suggestion would be to offer guests a complimentary glass of the quinta wine when registering.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The stay at Quinta do Vallado was superb. The room was beautiful, with a porch and lawn chairs overlooking the vineyards, the room came with a full bottle of port wine, the beds were very comfortable.
