Excellent hotel with great service. We were taken aback by the time limit at the pool, especially since we were the only ones there and we never actually got in the pool, but we also understand that many high end hotels have such a limit in South Korea. It just felt a bit strange to get kicked out when we were just sitting on a chair. Otherwise, if being limited to an hour at the pool isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was perfect.

View was amazing - looking at sunrise in bed. Good food (breakfast and dinner), but dinner dishes were a little sweet to my taste. Very accessible from the central and western part of Busan.

There’s no staff it’s self serv3 W, which was little stressful in another country. It worked out fine, and was easy to get to. Other than self check in, it was great.

I spent one night at the Busan Beach Hotel recently and I can honestly say it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and managed to drop off our bags early with the front desk while we went out and explored. Upon walking through the street leading to the hotel, it looks pretty industrious. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. The room was great. Clean and spacious. The view excellent. Room 2909 Will definitely have to come back.

Great pool and beautiful building. Loved the daily free champagne and snacks. The only thing not beyond expectations was the shower. A fine bath shower combo, but not as nice as we’d expect from a two Michelin star hotel.

I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.

As I mentioned before, the amenities and accommodations are very good! Hygienic Care, Staff Accommodations, near by Shops and Restaurants. I would certainly come back to Lounge 26 and stay there! Aloha!

This place was top notch.

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.
