Overall, the hotel is in an excellent central location, just a minute or two’s walk from the night markets and shopping area. We received a small welcome gift at check-in, which was a nice touch. Parking is convenient, and if you need to leave your car for longer than the included time, you can pay an extra fee directly to the parking attendant. We arrived before the official check-in time, and fortunately our room was already ready. However, the staff couldn’t help us with early parking and didn’t seem to make much effort to assist. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, and we felt it offered good value for the price.

Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost).

The hotel was in a great location, close to BIFF square and within walking distance to lots of different attractions. With it being on the Main Street there was some level of noise from outside but nothing we found disruptive. Only feedback would be the motion sensor light near the door/corridor would turn on everytime we turnt in the night!

Stayed here twice now. Very clean and spacious room (for Korea). The bed is surprisingly comfortable compared to other places in Korea. Great city view from room. The staff are friendly, however, English is not well understood by all. The location is perfect and is walkable everywhere: Jagalchi Fish Market is around the corner; Lotte mall is within 5 mins walk, BIFF is across the street, etc. Only complaint is the breakfast. Small selections for 15,000 KW per person. The issue for me is that it's in the lobby so very ackward to eat there. Maybe they can put a partition to give it a more private feel.

This is a good value, centrally located hotel in Busan, with easy access to the different areas of the city. Immediately located by BIFF Square (shopping, restaurants and street food), and Jagalchi fish market. Plus 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a taxi stand very nearby. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept. Our room on the 13th floor was on the small side, but it was comfortable. There is very limited storage space (3 coat hangers, rather than a full wardrobe), so I would not recommend the hotel for a very long stay, but for a couple of nights it was fine. The breakfast was varied, with western and Korean dishes. Although it was busy each time we went. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to first time visitors to Busan, and those staying for a short trip.
