"When I got there it was after 2 am my plane was late. I was in a horrible room I believe the missed cleaning. Couldn’t sleep that first night at all. Next morning went to front desk and tel them about my experience and the definitely helped me and were concerned about my experience. They gave me a different room and my experience was wonderful after that. That woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so was the security guard at night when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future. Thank you for a great experience! "

"The only nice area of this place was the lobby. Once we got to the hallway to go down, right away there was a ceiling repair with debris all over the floor. Once we got to the room and opened the door, we were hit in the face with enough strong cologne to choke a horse. The mattress had crevices/indents. There was brown crap splashed on the wall. The shower… THE SHOWER. Barely ANY water pressure. The temp would get super cold and super hot. Not good for an infant. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. The dresser wasn’t very appealing. Just overall, not nice. We switched hotels. "

"Rooms are clean and nice.property is ok,however staffer anwers phone and front desk is left unattended frequently. My room was given away after booking and I had to wait an hour to get a new room cleaned.. Overall, not bad for the money."

"We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night. Host was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the kitchen and living area as well. Walls are thin so we could hear everything and since it is close to the road there is a traffic noise. We think it was a good value and we would stay again. "

"The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."
