Very clean and spacious room, with balcony and view of the pool area. The staff was lovely and breakfast was well stocked, a great way to start the morning! The shuttle service to the marina was very helpful in get around.
The hotel has great pools and a wonderful hydro pool which is like a jacuzzi but not as hot. It has individual sections you can lay on and turn on personal bubbles. Loved that!
It has two beaches you can walk to down a lot of steps. The closer one is a small beautiful secluded beach and the further away one is a large tourist one with a restaurant.

The hotel is in a quiet area of the very pleasant city of Loulé within easy walking distance of the historic old narrow street part of the town. There are a number of pools here, which catered for all types of guests, families with young children, or one for couples. The villa's were very well equipped and serviced daily. The hot tub was not working during our stay. I had to ask the front desk for a blow dryer because the one in the room was very old and didn't blow hot air. The breakfast was ok, basic cereal, bread etc. But you could ask for hot eggs. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
The pool area was beautiful. The distance to the water was an easy walk. The staff were all very nice. We had lunch one day by the pool, and the pizza was amazing! Drinks were reasonable and delicious....

Unbelievable bargain of the century. The hotel was newly renovated, everything was shiny and new. The staff were incredible helpful and the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen as a free perk. Free parking is a big bonus too. Great base of operations to explore the Algarve.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is exactly as pictured. Staff was amazing. A few tiny gripes: there is no heated pool or jacuzzi, linens are done every 3rd day and only 1 towel per person is supplied.
