"Room was nice, clean, and easy to get too with a great view of the lake! Great place. The dining room is lovely as well. Staff at checkin was great. "

"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."

"We liked location & quietness, especially since it’s a larger property. The Haystack Bar & Bistro had wonderful crunchy chicken wings, but my salad with added chicken was terrible, the chicken was chewy, not good. I didn’t eat. The server did offer me if I wanted something else, but the damage was already done. The salad was not removed from the bill or discounted. The modern rooms are designed well, with a huge lake wall art & unique lighting. Overall, a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was charming, as was the generous breakfast. The view of the lake from my room was spectacular.My only complaint was the fitted sheet on the king bed was a little loose and it slipped off the corners during the night."

"Loved the full breakfast!! The swimming pool was very large with carpet sitting areas! Laundry area was very nice to use on a long road trip. Best hotel we have occupied in the US at a great price!!!"

"I see your notes about eco, save power, water, but….to get hot water in sink or shower…water needs to run at least 3-5 min"
