Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX
I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! Hotel staff was very helpful, the buffet breakfast is fantastic, and the 2 pools are incredible. My only complaint, if you could even call it that,...
Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel.
Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept.

They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!
Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.
I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.
Great location, walking distance from the train station. Clean, friendly staff. Lots of free snacks and drinks, including noodle soup in the evening. Large hang out space at the lounge.
Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
The hotel is brand new and done to a very high standard. Staff are friendly and efficient. They perform their duties with minimal fuss and maximum effort. We loved the spa facilities and the breakfast buffet. Some reviews said there was a long line for the coffee machine - this wasn’t our experience. Particularly as there were two machines available for guests. The executive lounge was very relaxing and offered excellent value for money. All in all this was a near perfect stay. Kudos!
The property was clean, well kept and comfortable. The rooms were cozy , clean and was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I wish the Air conditioning could be left on while i'm not in the room during the summers but i understand that's how the hotels are in japan
The hotel is in a nice, tucked away location and staff service is exceptional. Rooms are clean, simple and nice breakfast as well. Recommend for basic accommodations and convenience to Osaka station.
