"The hotel it’s in a good location, the breakfast was great. I think they can improve the amenities, but overall good choice."

"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."

"Perfect hotel"

"I really needed a room change , there were three of us and the beds were not big enough, the staff were abrupt and did not really try to accommodate us so that there were three beds for us to use or even a rollaway bed, the rooms are very tiny and there is no place to sit down in the room only a couple of chairs outside, there is no refrigerator , so no ability to keep drinks cold. My recommendation is to stay someplace else and visit. I had booked it for 4 nights and no refund was given, we left the next morning "

"Le personnel à l’accueil très chaleureux, Fred, nous a donné des conseils pour notre séjour, visite, restaurant. Parle très bien l’anglais. Très bon petit déjeuner qui etait inclus dans le prix. Plusieurs stationnement disponibles. Terrasses pour admirer la vue. Les chambres sont très confortable et propre."

"Room and property are beautiful. They offer breakfast but wasn't able to try it due to our scheduling didn't coordinate with their 7am start time. That is one thing I would change is maybe have breakfast start at 6 for people going on tours so they can eat first. They did provide one day a to go box the night before with sandwich and fruit which was nice. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and they have a .25 mile hike thru woods on their property that is awesome. The view of volcano was exceptional."
