"I stayed at this hotel twice during my last trip to Colombia, and it was an excellent experience. On both occasions, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. They were very sweet with my baby and helped me get hot water for her bottles.
The food at the café on the first floor is amazing!!!!!! The girls at the café were always wonderful and incredibly kind. The rooms are beautiful!!!!! Extremely comfortable. At all times, they were so thoughtful and attentive. I even made a mistake with my second reservation, and they helped me right away.
I am very grateful, I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back a thousand times."

"My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely amazing! It truly is the best hotel in the area. From the moment I arrived, the service was spectacular, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless visit. The amenities are outstanding, especially the pools offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean sea. The gym was well equipped and clean. My room was great, spotless, and modern, featuring amazing views that made every morning special. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight; the food was amazing with impressive quality and plenty of options to satisfy every palate. This hotel truly delivers on every front, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and unforgettable Cartagena experience. it's also well located near the walled city! "

"This is our second time coming back to stay at this beautiful hotel while in Cartagena. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering the high quality. We like the location as it is close to tour companies, shopping and restaurants. You can also easily hail a cab to go to the old city. Regarding the rooms, they are always immaculately clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is always excellent. What's not to like???"
