"Awful and annoying music/noise all day at pool. All activity booking must be done on app that requires every personal detail entered each time and then doesn’t work. Wasted an hour with staff just to book a yoga and massage "
"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff lady was so kind and helped carry our heavy bags into the door and loaded them onto a cart for us to help transport to our room. Our room was very clean and great location if you want to take ferry’s to other islands (which I recommend). Parking is near the hotel for a fee and the pillows were a little firm. Overall would go back. "
