Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).

Beautiful location and clean

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

Great town and a great location reasonable price..

It was an all around excellent stay, and they helped in making my mom’s birthday a memorable one!!! Would stay here again!!!

2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets.

Desayuno muy completo, personal muy agradable y atento, tanto personal de lumpieza y habitaciones como del comedor, las habitaciones estan en un estado aceptable de conservaciòn. No le doy mas puntuaciòn porque el lavabo desagüaba con dificultad pisiblemente por atasco, y la cisterna del wc perdia agua y debia apretarse varias veces el pulsador, aun asi tiene una pequeña perdida constante.

Nice location, close to restaurants and shops. No beach nearby, but pool is nice. Close to the bus to the airport, which also runs through the city centre of Palma. Breakfast is good.

Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is super friendly.

Great hotel - extremely clean, very nice staff and amenities. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved tge young lady who played the violin by the pool - what a treat! The breakfast buffet is awesome with a variety of goodies to choose from. We will stay here again if we get another chance to visit this beautuful and vivacious city!

Loved the magnificent renovation of an old Palma building. Incredible rooms. The restaurant is fabulous, and the staff are the best. So attentive to our wants and needs! We loved everything!

we wanted to be away from the crowds of Palma close to the sea.

We had an amazing visit, the decor is besutiful and could not have asked for anything more. We will be back for sure.

Food was excellent, staff pretty helpful, rooms were nice and clean. View from my balcony was unreal and one of the best I have ever seen in my life- even if everything was bad I would come back just for the view haha! Also beach and the sea are stunning! 10/10
