"It's a small hotel, just 16 rooms, on a quiet street off a major road. I appreciated the quiet after the noise of the city. They make you remove your outside shoes as soon as you step inside and put them in small lockers by the door. They provide slippers for indoor use. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. The coffee in the room and in the lobby wasn't great but there are many good coffee shops nearby. Truly loved this place in Tokyo. It's VERY close to the train station that has the JR Yamanote Line, where you can go all over Tokyo fairly quickly.
The place felt very new and CLEAN! They have you take your shoes off right as you walk in and you put your shoes in a shoe locker, where you will be given slippers/slides which makes the floors feel very clean.

Quiet but Convenient location near Ueno Park, close to the Ugusuidani train station. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast in the little cafe downstairs was delicious - we didn’t plan to eat there but tried it when we saw it, and glad we did!
I little hard to find at first, but everything else about it was great! Quiet area, lots of vending machines, easy walk to the train station, etc. The check in was one of the easiest I’ve had, and super quick to do, and they have lots of little free items as well. Really enjoyed my stay here!
Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The complaints about the dryers not being the best are technically accurate, but it’s cheap so it’s not a big deal at all. Staff was helpful even though I know basically zero Japanese. Held our bags after check-in since we had some time before our flight. 100% would stay again. Fair price and great location.
The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps).
