The room was larger than average with a great bathroom. A/C kept the room comfortable. We loved the breakfasts, which did change a little each day. The TV did not have any viable channels though. We did not have a room with a view, but also did not find morning sunshine to keep us from sleeping in. The staff were all friendly, helpful and concerned that our stay was going well. Also, their tip that seniors above 65 yo ride public transit for free was very helpful. This was a tremendous location....
The hotel is easily accessible from the main Vitosha Blvd - it's just a 2 min walk. With had issues with our airlines: our luggage was missing so we couldn't charge the cellphone as the charger was in the bag. When we came to our room on the third floor, we had a little surprise - Niky hotel has the iPhone and android phone charger in their rooms. The manager also handled the luggage delivery from the airport on our behalf, so we did not need to deal with it. Employees are smiling, they speak...
I was completely satisfied. The bedding was comfortable and inviting. The room was quiet, the bathroom was perfect. The building is beautifully designed and interesting. There is great access to the city from the location. The breakfast was filling and reliably tasty.
i think is value more than 3 stars! to be honest, if you compare with Evrope! hotel was nice modern and clean, good atmosphere, i really enjoy,for very reasonable price, very helpfull staff

This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again.
This hotel has everything. It's clean, quiet, spacious, everything works, the staff are particularly helpful and the breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All rooms have either a balcony or a bay window. Even the location is good, being just a 5 minute walk from the bus and railway stations and a 10 minute walk into the centre of the city.
Small old house, inner garden, interesting decor, host eager to please his guests, quiet despite being close to busy streets, central. Would recommend.
Unexpected cool gem downtown Sofia with very cool styling. Get out and you are on the famous main street Vytosha. Tons of restaurants feets away. Definitely booking this one next time
There are several good reasons to stay at this hotel: the location (by the Lion's Bridge, which is down the street from the Central Bus Station and about 20 minutes from Sofia Airport, and across the street from the Woman's Bazaar); the helpfulness of the staff (they made me a sandwich and packed it with a bottle of water when I had to check-out early at 5am and called me a taxi); and the price (this hotel is quite inexpensive and worth more than what you pay).
