We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!
It was a quick stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. No complaints.
The location was a bit off from many of the main attractions. Nice if you are looking for something more secluded.
Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...
Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.

If you are looking for a clean and friendly hotel located within walking distance of some of Hanoi's best attractions, look no further than Royal palace Hannoi Hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any request, night or day, and will make booking excursions or trips outside of the city a breeze. The beds and rooms are clean, and make you a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to the next time I can stay in this hotel!
Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.
