This is one of the best places that I have stayed throughout the many years I have been travelling, the hotel manager Gibson and his assistant Yusif were very welcoming, helpful and ensured we got everything we needed. Stayed here for one week and enjoyed it. The hotel is on a fairly busy beach in Stone Town. Breakfast was excellent, dinners were sometimes good and sometimes not but the salad bar was great. It is safe to walk around Stone Town with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, fruits and spices for sale.
