The pictures dont do justice this place.. it exceeded my expectation.. the rooms are big and clean beds are comfy everything is new.. The said the did remodeled..The breakfast had lots of varieties and delicious, the staff were extra friendly and welcoming.. we felt right at home.. thanks all for making our stay extra beautiful.. will definitely book again and again.. plenty of parking restaurants and shops..

The rooms are like the photos shown on expedia. The AC works really good in the Arabia heat. Check in and check out time was very flexible. The rooms were spacious. Stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Good for small families, 4 adults 1 or 2 children. Only downside is al bawadi area is on the dirtier side. Also wifi was unreliable (I think this is common in Saudi). The building and room itself was excellent.

The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,

It's clean and cosy.

Very clean and spacious rooms plus living room. East to find the location. Plenty of restaurants and business nearby.

Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful. Malik went out of his way to help us if we needed anything, and was friendly and welcoming. And the restaurant staff was always very attentive, especially Saif. We enjoyed our stay at the Marlo Hotel.
