"The hotel was closed to the mall and difference restaurants , safe to walk around ,staff very polite and friendly. "

"Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! We were left waiting at the airport at 3am and ended up catching a taxi. Also, our toilet (room 10) was faulty the whole time and wouldn’t flush properly. Everytime we mentioned it, they came to ‘fix’ it but it would only last one or two flushes and then not work again. No attempt to move us or offer compensation. "

"A great hotel option in a nice area of Quito. Very close to restaurants and shops. Hotel room was nice, bed was comfortable and breakfast had a great selection of foods. Would stay here again! "
