Too many details to mention from the private jacuzzi to concierge services provided by Pauline. Beautiful interiors, comfortable beds. Gated neighborhood 5 minutes on foot to Orient Bay beaches and restaurants. Good old fashioned bed and breakfast atmosphere. Oh!! The amazing, not-to-miss breakfast! Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time at Condo St. Maarten. The views were astounding and the space was huge. The pool was also wonderful as was the nearby Indigo Beach. The concierges were also wonderful and were very quick to answer questions, coordinate making the stay on the island easier, and help us out. All the staff members were amazing, like Ms. Sandrine at the reception desk. Everybody was very helpful and patient with us. My wife and I have been vacationing on St. Maarten for 15 years, and this was our first time at this resort. The staff are very nice and helpful. They have two great restaurants, one on the beach and one fine dining on the resort. We stayed for seven days which was perfect. The honesty of staff, I left my safe unlocked and our housekeeper reported it to security. They came in and secured our valuables and assigned a new code. Which was then retrieved directly from security. The overall attentiveness of staff at front desk was also great for a speedy check in.

We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. This is the third year we have enjoyed a week in St. Maarten at the Holland House Beach Hotel in Philipsburg. This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

The hotel is in a very nice location, 10 steps and you are on the beach! The hotel is cooperating with a nice little bar , good drinks and nice service, right outside called The Pink Flamingo, ask for Stephan.... so you can get free deck chairs and sun umbrella, fantastic! A local Supermarket in a walking distance otherwise take the local bus for € 1.50 and in few minutes it will take to a bigger one. Had a short staycation here (I live in Anguilla) and I loved it. Originally booked it because the description said there was a bathtub, which turned out to be false (discussed with the hotel via text beforehand) and considered cancelling but I'm so glad I kept the reservation. Have been going to Sint Maarten for 7 years now. Stayed at a few places, next door at Divi twice. Last year, Divi changed exchange rules.Would not let us exchange.(3-5 yr rule?) Been going to St. Martin for over 30 years. We have stayed at many, many different accommodations but, Commodore Suites is probably the best "value" we have ever found on the island. It has it all; great roof top view, super friendly staff, clean rooms, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Super unique property, far enough away from big touristy areas. Mike and Fawnette was amazing hosts and catered to every need. Beach front with chairs for quests, quiet beach and great hosts- will stay here again!!
