I think it was an excellent place set back off the road here sounds outside at night so relaxing. The one bedroom was very clean washing machine and dryer on site and the management is the kind of people you want to meet when you go to an island they cleaned the entire room, bathroom towels every other day it was very nice!!!! my number one choice in May 26’

Great stay! Jules is very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with all you need. We especially appreciated the convenience of the location, which has parking, and its proximity to carrefour and many of the activities we wanted to do. The kitchen is a nice feature, bed is comfortable, AC strong and the shower pressure is good. We certainly hope to return soon! It was excellent!

Our stay was very nice and the owner was incredibly friendly. We did have an issue with the room key card twice which was handled quickly. I would like to suggest that the billing be handled differently so the name of the hotel is what you see on your credit card bill instead of a store name. Spent a bit of time making sure my card had not been compromised.

The apartment complex was very conveniently located to everything as it is centered between the french and dutch borders. The Host was very helpful and kind. Alot of space for storing our things and safe property. Only downside was there was a minor bug problem, but overall good experience

Jules is a wonderful host, taking time to make sure you have everything you need prior to arrival, as well as taking good care of you once you have arrived. The room we stayed in had ceramic tile floors throughout as well as the walls in the bathroom. The whole suite was clean and had a full kitchen, cookware and tableware. We felt right at home.

I booked last minute and I didn't get the instructions to enter the property but the owner was very nice and he helped me with everything I asked. Even though the beach is not close, the property was one block from a main road where you could easily pick up a taxi or the public bus either to Marigot (french part) or Philipsburg (dutch part) and move around from there. Nice and confortable room, also near a supermarket. Would definitely stay there again!

Good location to get around the island. Need a car though, limited food options nearby but 5-10 minute drive away. Main road very busy during morning and evening rush hours. Property and room were impeccable. Jules (property management and owner) is amazing, accessible, very helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean, everything is working as expected. Comfortable huge king size bed. Property location is very close to amanitas and easy access to either side of the island. My only take on the room, is that space to move around is very tight. A queen bed instead of king would create more space to move around.

Diamond Gem is a local apt-hotel in a residential area. No swanky lobby or grounds if you’re looking for that but it carries the charm of St Maarten. Clean room with kitchenette area and separate shower/bathroom. Air-conditioning worked nicely. Very comfy King-size bed. Fluffy towels. (Bring own personal toiletries like soap & shampoo.) Arrival - communicated via Expedia app. Host - Jules James - arrived shortly after we messaged our arrival to let us in our room and get us sorted with WiFi, etc. Lovely warm welcome. Gave us information about local Carrefour supermarket and eateries (Bamboo House is a MUST … thanks for the suggestion, Jules!), as well as his direct contact info in case of any other needs. Would stay again.
