Como fuimos entre semana teniamos el staff de servicio para nosotros solos, fue estupendo! la instalaciones de primera, pero por alguna razon no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera a pesar que fueron a repararla, tuve que banarme con agua fria. La chica que nos atendio en el restaurant y la alberca muy atenta; la comida estuvo buena.
The location is so close to all of the action. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler from the United States. Antonio and his son were very welcoming and it definitely felt as if they were opening up their home to us. Antonio was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and eat. I loved my time there and you will too.

We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.
The hotel was really nice, clean and ideal for family with mobility issues. We def would stay again and again here. There were ramps, car pick up, drop offs that made it easy to get in and out of the property incl access to the restaurant and pool areas without the use of a lot of stairs.
