"El agua de la piscina no estaba limpia, la luz de encima del lavamanos no prendio nunca, no habia nevera, habia que pedir el hielo en recepcion como si lo tuvieran controlado, preferi comprar bolsas de hielo, las camas son full no queen, el lavamanos se estacaba el agua, "

Located in a quiet neighborhood that's only a few minutes from big box shops, it's an easy jump off spot for exploring the area without having to deal with downtown streets. The apartment was well-appointed. Parking was easy and secure. The only complaint I have is the variability of hot water. It seemed to go from scalding to tepid, and difficult to find anything in between. "

"Lovely stay at Hacienda Villa Sotomayor. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the shower in our room and when the staff realized it wasn't fixable in a timely basis, management quickly assigned us a new and larger casita. All the staff we met were so gracious and hospitable. The grounds are well kept, the pool is maintained well and the convenience to sites is great. "
