Staffs greeted and helped us with luggage upon arrival. It was a warm welcome. On the day we were leaving,, it statrted raining. They provided umbrellas to everyone. we wanted to order a taxi to the airport bus station. Since it was still raining, the staffs drove us to the bus station. It was very touching. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. This is the perfect hotel for getting away from the crowds and touristy attractions of Jeju. It is a bit isolated in the hills above Seogwipo and is surrounded entirely by forest and plants. Our room had a view of the top of Mt. Halla on clear days. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. There are two portions of the hotel - an older portion and a newly renovated/built portion. We were in the older portion of the hotel and thought it was great. I think the newer rooms are bigger, but we had plenty of space for our stuff and amazing ocean views. Watched the sunrise and the surfers! Appreciated the rooms individual AC. We added breakfast and were glad we did. It was an amazing buffet with lots of choices. As someone with food allergies, I appreciated the well marked choices...
