I stayed with my husband for one night only at Tropical Hideaway but we wish that we stayed longer because the property was beautiful. Location: It was located in the southeast of Jeju Island and we stayed here while exploring the southern part of Jeju. The closest attractions was a 15-30+ minute drive. The property was right on the coastline. There was a small walking pathway across the hotel that people would walk/ run along in the morning/ evening. There was a KBBQ spot next to the hotel...

The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. This is the perfect hotel for getting away from the crowds and touristy attractions of Jeju. It is a bit isolated in the hills above Seogwipo and is surrounded entirely by forest and plants. Fantastic location if you want a quiet spot and you are into the hikes and trails around! 5 minutes to some small hikes and both of the waterfalls. It is 20 mins taxi to Seongpanak trail in Hallassan mountain. There is a bike shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel (Jeju ebike) and you can start the Jeju Fantasy trail nearby and complete a segment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

My experience here was amazing. I jumped for joy when i saw my room. Beautiful, clean, luxurious feeling, beds are amazing & you'll never want to leave them. Breakfast daily is continental style where you make yourself eggs & then can have toast, coffee (a rarity in Korea for breakfast), salad, fruit and veggies. Oceans views & 30 ft away with old lady divers, big tourist attractions on island, but here it's just them doin their work. Coffee shops are in walking distance but not restaurants....
