The pool was out of order and we were not notified nor compensated everything else was great

It was clean and neat , staff were very friendly. The only thing missing was there are no near places to eat besides their restaurant, no shopping stores or a mall nearby. Otherwise, it was a great experience… their shuttle service to the Haram is very helpful.

Although it was a pain to get the property due to construction the hotel itself was great and very well kept. The guy at the check in was super friendly and well coming. A very convenient and walkable location to the haram itself ( getting inside the haram is a different story)

Close to Haram, shopping, restaurants and everything else. I liked everything about this property and I’m happy with the stay. I would recommend it.

This hotel is modern and its staff her courteous. The only downside is the distant from haram is long due to the ongoing construction. The hotel did well to provide a shuttle for free to and from the haram.

It’s a lovely place, buses are available 24/7 to haram, hotel is always clean, it was definitely a good choice

This property I think he 2 adjoining towers. The staff throughout the hotel are so much kind and helpful ( unusual to find this in Makkah!!) The restaurant as known with Hilton group is really excellent. The beds and rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located at the Jabal Omar area that means it is close to Haram. The shopping mall is really nice and located at the entrance . You can enjoy your stay at Hilton for sure

Amazing sure

It’s very convenient given the price. You can take a taxi to Haram or a short walk through Anjum Hotel next to it.
