Clean room, maid cleaned room everyday no matter when I left the room, Good massages and amenities. Good food at hôtel restaurant with a variety of food choices which was a break from same old same old offered outside. It was great!
We stayed 3 nights at the guest house on the way to Xi’an. The location is very convenient to all see sights. We walked to Registan Square every night while we stayed there and all restaurants close to the square. Saniya guests house served homemade traditional breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate their hospitality!
I stayed at Ko'k Saroy and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Samarkand. The location is top notch. It’s right on the main street, and from there you can walk to Gur-e-Amir and Registan in just a few minutes. You really don’t need a car or taxi at all unless you’re heading far out of the center.
There’s a great little coffee shop just around the corner that serves iced Americanos and lattes, which I was especially grateful for as a traveler used to that kind of thing. The street...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a family run hotel. They made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are modern and cleaned daily. Staff was very kind and helpful with taxi reservations. English is spoken by several staff members. No elevator but our luggage was carried up and down by staff upstairs. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. They took great care to make us feel welcome. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Registan Square and Mosque.

I stayed at Malika Prime for several nights. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of many of the main sites.
My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only concern was that the wifi tended to be a bit weak. Breakfast was very good, with quite a selection of items to choose from. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a really good option for your stay in Samarkand.
