This place was exquisite and we plan to return in the future. The staff was very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner (spectacular). It was nice to be pampered and well attended after a few bnbs. We finished Dingle loop early so we arrived early. Room wasn't ready but was told about Killarney House and Gardens. Nice walk and tour. We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.
This was my favorite hotel from our 10 day vacation to Ireland. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. It was a little stuffy in our room due to the unseasonably warm temperatures for June (80F), however, they already had a fan in the room. The food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful while having to deal with a "hen party" in their lobby. This hotel is my top choice in Killarney if I get to go again.
