The rooms towards the back are quieter as there's a bus stop near the front of the hotel entrance. "My stay at Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast at Lake Atitlán was truly unforgettable. I stayed in the Quetzal Room at the very top of the boutique hotel, and the view was simply spectacular — a panoramic look over the lake and all three volcanoes. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. From the moment I walked through the gates and was welcomed by Astrid, I knew I was somewhere special. The entire team goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Sebastian, Fernando, Alejandra, Manu, and Adrina for making everything absolutely perfect during my stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and I enjoyed three delicious dinners there as well. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and taken care of. I also had a 90 minute massage! I will always cherish my three nights here and only wish I could have stayed longer."

"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"
