We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

"We loved our spacious suite, the friendly reception staff, and the complimentary water—especially since the jet tub was a huge hit with the kids, the location offered an easy, 25-minute free bus ride to Clervaux, and they even let us leave our baggage before check-in so we could sightsee without heavy luggage; however, while we are aware that pets are allowed, there was a lingering pet odor from a previous stay that wasn't ideal."
