"This property was amazing and in a great location with restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the morning."
"Great location, 10 minutes from the airport, clean rooms, easy access to the Riverfront. Staff were great, easy check-in and baggage storage. Highly recommend."
"Staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection of pastries, fruits, jamon and cheese. It’s very relaxing and never felt Crowed.
A little washout if the main town but ok to walk in and Uber back due to hills."
"This is a splendid hotel with an amazing pool, and a delicious breakfast. About a 10 minute walk into town along the seaside and then uphill on the way back. Rooms are great, beds are great, and everybody was super helpful and friendly."

We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.
Is a very beautiful place, like a real Palace.Everything is perfect!precious decorations, impecable clean, royalty .The Staff is very thoughtful and polite.Like a dream come true.
Exceptionally clean, with accommodating staff. Steps away from the National Palace, and tour bus
stops. Minutes from the train station, but don't try to walk it with luggage. Restaurants, and shops
just around the corner.
Accommodations were excellent---a must stay upon return. Staff patient, knowledgable, inviting, and caring (especially "Diego").
OUTSTANDING breakfast.
GREAT location.
Close to waterways for landmarks, walks, photos, restraunts.
Indoor pool and steam room unique---great place to end your day.
Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.
I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. I am currently in Porto wishing I was back at my beautiful retreat again. Also, the dining area bar for breakfast and snacks very...
We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon.
Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The bell boy took our luggage up, explained the various room switches, offered to get us extra coffee/tea/water.

Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience.
Very comfortable rooms, modern but very comfortable and quiet in spite of the city location; great staff; excellent value. Very easy access to everything.
Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!
