"One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke perfect English. We had originally booked a room but we were upgraded to an apartment which I recommend. I would have book an apartment if I’d have know how great they are. The view was absolutely amazing, kitchen facilities which we used for all our meals instead of eating out. Very clean and tidy. The apartments are at the very top of the mountain so it’s very peaceful and quite. "

"the view is great. unfortunately the apartment is not clean. children in particular question everythings: the traces of blood from dead animals on the wall or the dirty curtains with all the animal carcasses. the crockery is not complete, one teaspoon for 4 people. unfortunately no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were not clean. there are 6 apartments in total and you can hear each other's movements at night"

"The hotel has been refurbished to quite a good standard overall, but there are some odd issues. The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. "We had only one night at the hotel, but the experience was super great. The service was very excelent. Food in the restaurant was very good. There were a lot of activities available including basket, table tennis and fitness. And for all the sports, balls and rackets were included. Staff was just super friendly. We will definately come back, and next time for more than one stay. Highly recommended."
