This is a lovely boutique hotel right outside the chaos of Ubud. It offers a quiet, relaxing environment and the pool is stunning. Best of all is the kind, caring staff who greet you and are eager to help in any way possible. I would definitely stay here again!
Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did.
I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. Now what I didn't know is that they knew it was my honeymoon so in the old room they had a cake and an amazing swan made out of towels on the bed with flower pestles around it. What made me happy was when I asked to be moved to a better room, they made the same thing...
Great hotel, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room had a beautiful view of the jungle and the natural spring pool. The staff and service was very helpful and prompt. The hotel is located within walking distance to the main streets of Ubud, so we visited the nearby museum, Monkey Forest, shopping and restaurants without ever having to use a Taxi (although there are plenty of taxis).
The staff was incredible polite and nice to the guests! They were always smiling and greeting everyone and ready to help at anytime. The hotel looks much better then on the pictures. The rooftop pool is just amazing! The room was big enough for two and with a nice view. The bad and the floor were very clean. The breakfast was very delicious and the offer is big, so there is something for everyone. All in one, we enjoyed very much our stay at the Artotel in Sanur and would booked again. Thank you...
We’ve been coming to Bali fort ten years and The Pertiwi is by far our favourite hotel ! All of the staff are extremely kind and friendly ! The staff at the front desk always go out of there way to make us feel welcome . The hotel is perfectly located, lots of restaurants, shopping and Spas close by . I’m an early riser and love walking around at dawn . The ground are rugged and beautiful . You can’t help thinking , WOW !!! We’re staying in Bali for two mounts and definitely plan on coming...

Wonderful staff, comfortable, clean rooms and lovely decor. Very quiet inside the rooms with excellent wifi. Gym is great with treadmill, weight bench, a couple weight machines and dumbbells. Water and towels provided in the gym. Towels provided for pool use. Did not participate in the buffet breakfast but the one meal I ate in the restaurant was very good. There's a pretty big mall within close proximity as well. Absolutely would return.
Absolutely beautiful experience! I will return over and over. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous and so decadent with cooked to order omelette and French toast and pastries galore. And the staff is the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Don’t miss out on this amazing property!
Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff made us feel safe and at home, which is of number 1 importance to me. The food at Romeo's was impeccable. Wish they would have put a food menu in the rooms as well as helped us with our luggage when we were changing rooms but other than that, an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you.
This place is amazing. Beautiful property, well maintained garden. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options including gluten free bread and decaffeinated coffee. No other hotels would have these last two option.
We made a last minute booking for this hotel at Denpasar Airport just after we arrived and the room was ready by the time we got there. The reception had a tasty drink waiting and checked us in quickly without problem.
Our room was right on the street but the super thick double layer of sliding doors made the noise from the partying and the traffic disappear. The pool was beautiful and nice. Breakfast service was tasty and had different choices of fresh pastries and hot dishes every morning....
