Excellent service and an excellent stay. We will definitely be returning to Bermuda and will definitely be staying at the Royal Palms again. Probably the best service and hotel stay I've had on vacation!"

"Rooms need decor updating, need better pillows. Bath towels very nice. But no amenities in bathroom. Stairs to pool should be re done. However, Pool area very nice. Umbrellas are great, chaise lounges are great. Amenities would be a nice touch in roonm. Staff very nice and friendly. Huckleberry and Claribelle's excellent. Great service and food. Overall i would stay again. Great gem in Hamilton. Just update the rooms."

"We had a nice time staying at Grotto Bay. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of water activities available and the cave swimming was pretty cool. There were bus stops right outside the property for easy bus travel. We booked an island tour through the hotel and had a great time."

Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and the hotel provided the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and tranquility.
