Beautiful place! Amazing host! It’s small, simple, and quiet, just what we were looking for. If you want peace and relaxation in a gorgeous Caribbean setting look no farther than Belizima eco resort. So cool to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of tropical birds and the gentle waves lapping the shore right outside of our cabana. Loved the 3 resident dogs. We would definitely stay here again! I’d give more stars if I could.
Great stay, great hosts and staff. The beach looks like it is from a movie. If you want a beach, you have to stay on the west side of the island due to the sea grass that builds up. The west side is calm with no waves, beautiful, but is about a 30 minutes golf cart ride.
My husband and I were very happy to have picked this hotel, we have traveled a lot and the friendliness of the staff at Maruba is unsurpassed..Melonie is the best at making sure you get the best activities planned for you, Gloria and Janeele were our waitresses and were very attentive and friendly. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable. I truly recommend the mud massage for couples, it's something you'll never forget!,, the chef Orlando makes the best of the natural resources...
Need more options for the menu. Kindly inform the staffs that breakfast is included in the cost. The staff mentioned you can check the menu if you need other options. Guess they are not aware that the breakfast has cost as well and the customer covered that it not gratis.
Portofino was an amazing resort that was secluded but not desolate. The vibe is great, the staff is all very good at their jobs. From Nick the general manager to Raul the bartender to Marcos the other bartender everyone was very helpful and very willing to go out of their way to help make us comfortable. Stayed 1 night in the standard room and it was nice. The bed was bigger than I thought and the roof top terrace was really nice. Corozal is overall a very nice place to stay and this hotel puts the cherry on top
