Simply put-you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly. The room was clean that it smelled like cleaners until you get used to it. A rather bare room with a comfortable foam bed and a small unstable table. The building looked good and had secure parking. Good for a short night’s stay.

The room had no night tables, no lamps, the mattress was terrible, and the curtains were thin, and allowed the light to come through. The walls were bare, but there were three plastic hangers from a board to hang your clothes on. The hot and cold water in the shower worked very well. There was no bottle of water, no coffee maker, no microwave oven, etc. There was no bottle of water for sale either. Was this the DeLuxe room I paid for? No amenities, no restaurant, no snack bar or soda/water machine. Let’s not talk about the small air conditioner for a large room in Belize in the first week of September. I should be reimbursed at least 50% of what I paid.

Decent budget friendly hotel

I would say the hotel is a good place for a single or a couple to stay. I'm not sure if it would work if a whole family wanted to stay there, but then again Corozal is not a very popular tourist destination, so it probably would be rare for a whole family to stay there.

Hidden Gem in Corozal!

We spent 14 days in Belize. This hotel was one of the nicest by far. We stayed in San Ignacio, Caye Caulker and San Pedro. Even better than the hotel itself was the staff. The owner is absolutely amazing and responds fast to questions and concerns!!
