This hotel overall was great - the ocean view for every room is definitely the number one highlight. Also the staff / service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, my friends and I loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast and gorgeous ocean view. The slightest downfall was the hotel in some parts is a little older / worn down, but everything was clean and that’s what matters most. An awesome place with awesome staff!
This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The property was very well kept, and the room was clean upon arrival. The marina area with restaurants and stores was a short walk away, I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.
The staff were plentiful and extremely helpful. Most spoke multiple languages and were very kind. Daily housekeeping services were available. The swimming pool was fantastic. Best of all was the amazing variety of foods offered on the breakfast buffet, from eggs cooked to order to fruits, yogurts, and delicious fresh pastries.
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Parking was limited, but the hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to delicious food and a beautiful beach!
I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable.
