An Absolutely Wonderful Stay — Five Stars Across the Board! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at the Bordoy Continental in Palma! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything about our stay was exceptional. First and foremost, the staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of hospitality truly made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Federico at the front desk, who went above and beyond in every possible way. He was absolutely fantastic! Whether it was recommending wonderful places to eat at all hours of the day and night, accommodating a late checkout, helping us with parking, or answering any question we had, Federico was always incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He even took the time to personally walk me through the one-way streets surrounding the hotel so I could easily navigate to their private underground parking garage behind the property. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that make an already wonderful hotel experience truly unforgettable. Federico is an absolute asset to this hotel! As for the hotel itself, the lobby is absolutely stunning and exudes luxury and elegance, and the rooms are equally beautiful. I can not comment on Breakfast as we did not have it. The location of hotel was amazing, The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much they helped straight away with every question/request. The hotel and rooms were immaculate i would definitely stay again
