This was a lovely venue, we attended a friends wedding . Everything about the venue was great.
Unfortunately my hubby was taken ill, but the staff were amazing and cared for us both during this time. We will definitely stay here again in the future, hopefully he's not taken ill next time ..

This was a very nice place to stay. I enjoyed the closed in patio area and the breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were neat and the area was safe and quiet.
Beautiful quiet location with the most magnificent gardens. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was exquisite. I would highly recommend this hotel.
One of the nicest places we’ve stopped in a long time… Spotless from top to bottom and a great feeling throughout the property and room itself. Staff were so helpful and appreciated the warm welcome and check in. Breakfast was delicious and loved the crockery and glassware too. Definitely going to come back soon !!!!!!
One of the best value business hotels i have stayed in for a long while. Check in was smooth and the guy very helpful. Restaurant service and food first class. Room had everything you need and spacious. Would recommend and stay there again
The room was large and clean and beds super comfortable. Bit of a weird way to check in reception is in pub and hotel is part of building across the street. Pleasantly surprised
The Moon has great character, a fascinating history (I'm distantly related to many of the past owners from the 1800s), excellent amenities, and excellent breakfasts. I enjoyed my dinners there, too. Josh and Emma from the staff were both very friendly and helpful to me. The parking is easy, the inn centrally located in the heart of the village, and lots of local characters stop by for a pint and folks from further afield for a meal. A quintessential Derbyshire experience. Not my first time...
We had a great stay here with our two dogs. The staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Dinner and drinks were enjoyed every night. It’s in a good location to access hikes without driving anywhere.
It was a beautiful hotel in a great area in Scotland. The views were outstandig. The room was just as describe, very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was great . I can say every aspect of our stay with this hotel was wonderful. A great find in a litle town.
