They even prepared us a lovely take away breakfast as we checked out very early for a morning flight. The room was very clean and modern. "My husband and I stayed for only one night in Jul after an overnighter on Halong Bay. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite; it was a huge room with lots of natural light. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, I wish we had stayed at this hotel for the few nights we had been in Hanoi before Halong Bay. The staff were very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Great location in town. Overall, definitely recommend."

"This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top.
