"The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. Because of this experience, we decided to part ways with the guide after the tour, even though he offered to arrange a taxi for us back to the hotel. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. Aside from this experience with the tour guide, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality provided by the"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Dar 55! 🤍 This is such a beautiful, charming hotel in Marrakech. The staff are truly unbelievable — so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly comfortable, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredible, and they made everything so easy by helping arrange taxi transfers and anything else we needed during our stay. Our time at Dar 55 was so relaxing and honestly just perfect from start to finish. It felt like such a special little escape in Marrakech. Do not hesitate — BOOK IT! You will not regret it. ✨"

"Je suis une cliente depuis 2020 j’aime beaucoup cette année j’ai remarqué que la qualité de menu n’était pas très bonne moins qu’avant la quantité aussi le petit déjeuner aussi les serviettes très usagés ils ont enlevé les télévisions alors que la piscine ferme top les enfants ne trouve rien à faire le soir tu ne trouves personne pas de personnel le service très long un seul serveur le matin la réceptionne c’est le femme du chambre le soir c’est le serveur c’est vraiment dommage c’est un bon endroit"
