The location of the hotel is very convenient, right between the bus stops of both ways Thun and Interlaken. We love to have breakfast very morning next to the beautiful lake of Thunersee. Location of the hotel is amazing beautiful.

The setting of this hotel is excellent and less than 30 min away from Bern. Its very peaceful at night and the people warm, hospitable and so kind. We took our 5 month baby there and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bern or simply wants to get away for arms peaceful time. Congratulations to all the people of the hotel. Great job! We walked outside in the beautiful open park and enjoyed watching the cows from the nearby meadow.
The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden! It is a beautiful property, amazing views and the perfect couples retreat! We arrived a little early by train (we took the Golden Pass train from Montreux which was also a highlight) and so we enjoyed the spa and a private pool until our room was ready. Very clean hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. Cruz and other staff went above and beyond to help us navigate public transportation and find the best tourist areas to visit. The breakfast was great, and the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
Had a wonderful stay in Spiez. The view from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend getting a room with a view of the lake, you will not be disappointed. Our room was comfortable and spacious with nice updated bathrooms. My only complaint about the room was there were no shades of any kind to block out the light in the morning.
