"Excellent hotel in Bellagio. Great value. We booked a room with view of the lake. It was so beautiful. The room seem to have gone some remodeling. It looked so much better than the pictures on Hotel.com. The AC was very good. It was so hot outside in the beginning of August. We look forward to going back to our room at the end of the day. The ferry gates were also nearby. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall, the room is fine and the location is great, but do not be fooled by the fact that there is A/C in this unit. The air does not even cool one foot from the unit!"

"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
