"We were there for 2 nights and the didn’t clean and refresh our room the second day… we were out from 9h00 in the morning, and get back at 19h00…. No bed refresh, no clean cups, glasses, towels… I had to return at the front desk to ask it done"

"They threw out my prescription glasses and didn’t apologize. I had called to confirm they found them and they stated they would hold onto them. They did not and did not apologize either."

"Unique hotel, beautiful interior in a cool part of town with amazing restaurants and local vibe. Very comfortable (mattress from heaven), super clean, lovely continental breakfast. Will definitely come back! Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"We had a great stay during our competition weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location—close to everything we needed. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the small gym was perfect for a quick workout. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a solid choice and we’d definitely stay again!"
