The location was great. We’ve stayed in Brossard befit and like the area. If it weren’t for the dampness in the room it would’ve been perfect. The room was really musty smelling and just seemed kind of damp all the time. We just lived with it because the room was clean otherwise. The other amenities were good. The pool was nice and the breakfast not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I used to stay at the Hotel Brossard, but I chose the Best Western because the price was a bit lower. However, after booking, I received an email informing me that parking was not free! Ultimately, the price was roughly the same as the Hotel Brossard, which is much, much more luxurious. I bitterly regretted my decision... a tiny bar of soap for two people in the bathroom, a very basic bathroom, no bottled water in the room, and so on...

The hotel was very good. A few things can be improved. First the internet is almost so slow. In fact we had to use our phone internet. Second, the curtain on the window was fixed and not possible to lift. We did not like the darkness of room especially in the morning. The room was very clean when we entered but the maintenace during our stay not so good especially in maintaning the bathroom( changiing the towels, claeaning the toilet, mopping the ground)

The property is very well located. A vast variety of restaurants and entertainment near by. The hotel, in my opinion, is due for a facelift. The pool area is very nice. Only negative point about the pool is that it’s only 4’ deep. The room I was in had wallpaper pealing off the walls in the washroom. There were stains on the wall that were there when I showed up and were still there when I left.(I was there for a week.) and parking is extra.

We are a family of 4 stayed at this hotel for several days in July 2026. Overall our stay was okay, but will look for another hotel if we ever to come back to Montreal. Pros: - nice sauna and outside area by the pool - good location around the hotel with grocery stores and various restaurants - comfortable mattresses and pillows - room was fairly clean Cons: - the room smelled and was super humid even after the air conditioner was on - fan in the washroom barely worked, the water keep accumulated on the ceiling and all the surfaces - minimumal counter space in the washroom - not enough hooks to hang towels - small room for a family of 4 - our room only had two very small chairs and a tiny table - we asked for room service after two days at 8 am and when we returned to our room at 3.30 it was not done and the front staff had no estimated time of completion

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was really clean in comparison to most hotel pools... The only negative is that the room wasn't cleaned/stocked daily, however I think there was likely an every other day schedule that I either didn't see/notice or possibly it was in French and I couldn't read it. The front desk was happy to provide us with extra supplies in between if we needed them anyway so it wasn't a problem. They were also all bilingual and happy to help in either language.
