"Absolutely incredible staff!"

"Initial room had stained/torn cover sheet on bed and toilet bowl had not been cleaned thoroughly. Upon speaking to front desk we were given upgraded room which was very nice ! Customer service saved the night!!"

"This hotel is great for the price - the room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful and it had enough basic breakfast options to make sure we would be set for the morning (the warm cinnamon buns were an original and delicious touch!). The pool was ok but everyone in the parking lot can see you in it, especially at night, so I didn’t feel that comfortable, and there were no bathrobes which was a bit of a downside. The hotel is well-located to visit downtown Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountain Village. We also went to Bruce Peninsula from there which was an approximately 2-hour drive. I would go back to that hotel if I went back to Collingwood."

"Place was just okay, needs updating, security everywhere, children screaming and running through halls, flying a drone in main entrance, would probably not go back!"

"The room was clean but bathroom area could be updated. Very good breakfast with a good variety of choices. Staff was welcoming ,friendly and efficient. Pleasant stay for us😊"

"Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party. If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night! Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long."
