Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El hotel es muy cómodo, acogedor y todo estaba muy limpio. La atención fue excelente en todo momento y el personal siempre fue muy amable. Solo tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el agua, ya que al principio no salía lo suficientemente caliente y en San Cristóbal, con el frío, sí se agradece muchísimo, pero lo reportamos y lo solucionaron. No está ubicado en el centro, pero está a unos 5 minutos en auto y es muy fácil tomar un taxi; a nosotros nos costaba...

It is a cute basic place. The ownership clearly takes pride in their business. The staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is 7am to 9am and is included in the price. The breakfast is a basic hot breakfast cooked to order. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Before considering other options, keep in mind that the breakfast will save you time and money and the staff at this hotel really make the place special.
