This was the perfect spot for me. Less than a 10 minute drive to Chichen Itzá. The very personable owner made a wonderful breakfast before I departed to see the ruins. He gave fantastic recommendations and sincerely wanted me to enjoy my stay.

The hotel has 2 nice pools that are great for relaxing after visiting the ruins. The restaurant has limited choice on the menu, but the food is tasty and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the mattresses were a bit hard.
What a great stay at "The Lodge Chichen Itza" We arrived a little late in the evening but was still met at the gate with a notice of our intended arrival. Picked up by golf type cart including our baggage and brought to the front desk where we quickly checked in and were told about the grounds and activities.
